Daily Routine Chart – Girl
A daily routine chart can help children feel more confident, happy and secure. Routine charts help children take responsibility for parts of their day. This interactive, personalised routine chart provides a visual ‘checklist’ of tasks/expectations that need to be completed for morning and evening time.
Simple pictures have been used to help prompt young children who are still learning to read. Children can show that they have completed a task by moving the picture over to the ‘done’ column.
This routine chart can encourage the following:
cooperation and independence by giving children an active role in the process.
a sense of pride for having completed the tasks
provide a sense of comfort and security by knowing what to anticipate
The chart is laminated on A3 card with velcro pieces on each square for easy matching.
Please enter your child’s name in the comments section below when you put in your routines.
